OUR Founders Story
Born on Broadway over drinks, the stars aligned—bringing together two artists dreaming of more for the hair and makeup industry and a corporate marketing girly who knew exactly how to turn that dream into reality. What started as an idea under city lights became the blueprint for something bigger than any of them imagined.
From the very beginning, Glam Up wasn’t just about beauty—it was about building a brand with purpose. A place where the most talented artists could have a voice, where their skills would be celebrated, nurtured, and elevated through continuing education. A company that would set a new standard for on-demand glam, ensuring every client received not just a service, but an exceptional experience.
What began as a late-night dream quickly turned into Nashville’s premier on-demand glam team—a community of artists and visionaries who believe in artistry, connection, and unforgettable moments.
Marissa Seymour
Marissa is the proud co-founder of Glam Up Nashville, the city’s #1 on-demand glam team serving Pink Carpet Energy on tap. With over a decade in the beauty and service world, she’s seen it all—and decided it was time to build something that sparkled brighter. Fueled by a passion for empowering artists and making beauty accessible, Marissa helped create a space where talent shines, besties feel celebrated, and glam is always within reach. She’s on a mission to turn everyday moments into main-character magic and make Nashville glow one booking at a time.
Kaitlyn McCabe
Kaitlyn is the co-founder of Glam Up Nashville, where she’s on a mission to transform the beauty industry one glam session at a time. With over a decade in the beauty and service world, she took everything she learned from retail counters, brand partnerships, and freelancing to build a brand that actually puts artists and clients center stage. Fueled by passion and a love for bold ideas, Kaitlyn helped turn a spark of frustration into a full-blown Pink Carpet Experience—where glam is fun, effortless, and empowering. From bachelorettes to brides, locals to tourists, she’s creating magic in Music City and inspiring others to chase their dreams (with a little extra glitter, of course).

Meghan Moloney
Meghan brings a powerhouse marketing background to Glam Up Nashville, blending strategy, storytelling, and sparkle with over a decade of experience. Before joining forces to build Glam Up, she worked with iconic brands like The Knot Worldwide, Digitas (on the winning pitch team for LVMH), and Pandora Jewelry (after getting her feet wet at Walt Disney World Resort as part of their college program and working her way through college as a wedding planner for Chateau Morrisette). Meghan’s passion lies in creating meaningful, memorable experiences that turn glam moments into something truly iconic. With her marketing expertise and creative vision, she helps bring the Glam Up story to life—one Pink Carpet Experience at a time.
