  • Payments

    A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon booking services

    The remainder of payment will be collected two weeks prior to service date

    Payment will be collected through card, cash, or check

    The number of services will be locked in 60 days prior to service. You cannot take away, but if time permits you can request add-ons

    No shows & Late Policies

    In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff we ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. We change a $25 late fee after 15 minutes of the service start time. This fee will be added to the total service cost.

    In the case of missing your appointment, we do not offer refunds

    Traveling fee

    If the event is located 20 miles or more outside of Nashville, we charge a travel fee of $1 per mile for each artist.

    Cancelation policy

    Party packages will not be refunded if canceled within 7 days of the service.

    On-on-one services will not be refunded if canceled within 48 hours of service.

    · We do not work with wet hair, please have your hair dry prior to your service.

  • They are lightweight, gorgeous, damage free glittery strands of gorgeousness we attached to a couple pieces of your hair! They last weeks to months and can be styled with hot tools!

What to expect after emailing:

  • Our team will reach out and confirm we received your request and advise if the requested date is available

  • If available, a questionnaire will be emailed to you directly to gather all the needed details to make your event as special as possible!
