By uploading, submitting, or posting content (e.g., reviews, photos, chat messages), you grant us a

non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the

Services.

Glam Up is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party professionals. We do not

guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness of any particular stylist or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and app, and continued use

of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
