When the CMA Awards take over Nashville, glam becomes a sport of its own — hotels fill, Broadway shuts down, and every camera is rolling. CMA Day is one of the biggest beauty days of the year, and Glam Up Nashville is here to make sure you hit the red carpet looking iconic.
To keep glam seamless during the busiest hours of the Country Music Awards, we’ve dedicated 10 AM – 5 PM exclusively to CMA glam appointments. This ensures your artist arrives on time, navigates road closures, and delivers flawless, award-ready beauty.

CMA Awards Day is one of Nashville’s busiest days of the year — with road closures, heavy traffic, limited parking, and extremely high demand for glam leading up to the Country Music Association Awards. Our pricing reflects premium artist availability, parking coverage (typically parking is charged to you as a travel fee, but we do not charge you on CMA day), limited travel zones and road closures increasing time travel time between appointments, and increased compensation for our artists during Nashville’s most valuable glam hours.

The CMA Red Carpet Window is the most requested glam timeframe of the entire day. These appointments fall closest to photos, arrivals, and CMA red carpet coverage. The closer we get to start time the more traffic fill the streets making travel between appointments even longer. To ensure on-time glam and prioritize artist availability during the highest-demand hours, this window is priced at a premium.

If both windows fully book (and they usually do), we will secure travel for more elite artists from Glam Up’s team in from other regions and pricing will increase again. Any additional revenue is used to bring in more elite artists who work for Glam Up in our other regions. We will confirm your pricing before you submit your deposit and your price will be determined by whether your form was submitted before or after the prices were updated on our site.

Yes — we love CMA groups, friend squads, and corporate teams. Just note that time-blocks and artist availability are limited, so group bookings fill fast. The earlier you inquire, the easier it is for us to support your glam lineup.

You can submit a CMA glam inquiry directly through our website. Our team will reach out quickly with pricing and whether we believe we can accept any special accommodations requested. We will then send you an invoice for a 50% deposit of your glam. We will request all information for your booking be finalized 2 weeks prior to the CMA Awards day. Your official appointment will be scheduled by the week prior to CMAs.

Due to road closures, travel between appointments becomes significantly more complicated on CMA Awards day. Luckily, most CMA appointments happen in a select few downtown hotels. Therefore, by holding to schedule until the week prior, we can try to keep artists working appointments in the same hotel. The prevents the risk of delays in your artist getting to you.
