Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius. We’ll always confirm this upfront when you book.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment may result in a loss of the deposit. We understand life happens — just reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your booking.

I’m a beauty artist — how can I join the Glam Up Nashville team?
We love connecting with talented artists! We’re currently in our busiest season, but we typically train and onboard new artists in the winter (January–February). Fill out our Career Form to be the first to know when spots open.

Where are you located?
Founded in Nashville, TN we are mostly currently based within TN. However, this winter we are looking to expand to other regions so stay tuned to see if your area opens up soon.

Do you have a studio or is everything mobile?
We’re a fully mobile team — meaning we come to you! We make getting glam convenient, fun, and totally stress-free. (If you’d prefer to come to us for your appointment, just ask — some artists offer in-studio sessions by request.

What services do you offer?
We specialize in professional makeup and hairstyling for weddings, bachelorette parties, photoshoots, red-carpet moments, and special events.

How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better! Nashville stays busy (especially during wedding and event season). We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance — and even sooner for large groups or weddings.

What happens if my hair is wet or hasn’t been prepped properly?
While we don’t prefer this option, we will add a blow out service to your appointment. Please keep in mind that the hair artist you are working with may need to stick to the same time line of your originally booked appointment and your end result may be rushed.

What is your policy on photo usage or social media?
Social media preferences often greatly vary by client. We therefore will always ask your preference to be included in social media. Please be sure to let us know if you prefer not to be featured on our social media as often we receive the rights for the photos from professional photographers involved.
